Client Engagement Manager

The Client Engagement Manager is responsible for managing and directing company business development and sales while being a strategic partner to our clients. This person’s responsibilities will be to increase revenue, enhance the prospect and current client experience, and have fun doing it. Love working with a team? Awesome! This person will work closely with the Founder, CEO, and Director of Account Management. Unlimited growth potential!

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
  • 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Ability to train, develop and manage growing customer relationship team
  • Executive presence, communication, and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in high-stress environments
  • Sales training is a plus

POSITION TYPE

Full time, Base Salary + Unlimited Commission Potential, Remote/Nashville-based

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Find and engage with prospects using a relationship sales-based approach
  • Establish and deepen relationships with prospects and clients
  • Leverage your industry expertise to partner with our prospective clients and recommend solutions that are in line with industry trends and market conditions for opportunities to meet their needs
  • Create and execute a defined Business Development and Sales Plan to grow revenue and provide value to our clients
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot) daily
  • Maintain regular communication with CEO on potential opportunities and progress towards sales goals
  • Attend networking events and networking meetings to generate new leads and relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Evaluate the company’s financial, operational, sales and marketing structures to plan for ongoing improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies
  • Manage time wisely between prospecting, proposals, and meetings – every day
  • Regular, disciplined follow-up with prospects and leads
  • Manage sales reports and dashboards and present those to the leadership team
