Marketing Automation and Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to help lead the strategy and execution of CRM and other lead generation channels to nurture contacts from acquisition through engagement and retention for our clients. The person in this role will receive direct training from a Marketing Automation Expert on building, implementing, and executing a variety of demand generation and customer engagement programs with the focus on creating automated experiences that are relevant, timely, and engaging. The person in this role must have a basic understanding of digital marketing for B2B audiences and a passion for analytics.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience (Internships work).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and/or Marketo.
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and proactively research topics.
  • Strong organization, communication and analytical skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Train with a Marketing Automation Expert to learn duties and responsibilities as follows: 

  • Audit current client CRM implementation efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop CRM implementation and optimization plans and best practices.
  • Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment, and continual evaluation of these programs for improvements.
  • Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms/applications into the marketing automation software (e.g., Google Analytics, social channels, Ad platforms, webinar platforms, etc).
  • Evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Work with management to define KPIs, create reporting, analyze campaign performance.
  • Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing.

Prior experience with any of these roles is a plus!
